Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number, email address and a password. You will receive a one-time PIN (OTP) on your mobile to verify your number — enter it on the next screen and your account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes and there is no sign-up fee. You only need to make a deposit when you are actually ready to start playing.

Registration is completely free — no sign-up fee, no mandatory deposit to activate the account. You can register, explore the lobby, browse Cricket and PSL markets, and check the Slots library without putting any money in. A deposit is only needed when you want to place real-money bets or play games for real PKR.

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP or reset link will be sent to you — follow the steps to set a new password. If you are not receiving the OTP, check that your mobile number is active and has signal, then try resending. For persistent issues, contact support at [email protected].

No — each person is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one. The team will verify your identity and restore access.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Pak Game. This is a strict requirement — underage accounts are permanently closed when identified, with any deposits returned. Age verification documents (such as your CNIC) may be requested at any stage.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Pak Game supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR — no currency conversion, no hidden fees for using a Pakistani payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly in most cases — your PKR balance updates within seconds of a successful transfer. Raast and Bank Transfer deposits can take a few minutes to a few hours depending on your bank. If your balance has not updated within two hours of a confirmed bank transfer, contact support with your transaction reference number and the team will investigate.

Log in to your account and visit the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR, and submit the request. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals can take one to two business days. Make sure your withdrawal method matches the one you used for your deposit, as this is required for security verification.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the Withdrawal page when you are logged in. As a general guide, the minimum withdrawal is typically a modest amount in PKR so that small wins are still accessible. High-value withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing — this is standard practice and protects your account from unauthorised withdrawal requests.

First, wait five minutes and refresh your account balance — there is occasionally a short processing delay. If the balance still has not updated, take a screenshot of your JazzCash transaction confirmation showing the reference number, amount and timestamp, and send it to [email protected]. The support team will cross-check it against their payment records and credit your account manually if the transaction is confirmed. Do not send a second payment before checking with support first.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Yes — PSL is one of the most popular betting markets on Pak Game during the tournament season. You will find pre-match odds, live in-play markets, match winner, top batsman, total runs, and more for every PSL fixture. Betting lines go live as soon as official fixtures are confirmed. In-play (or live) betting means placing bets on a match while it is actually happening. Odds update ball by ball in Cricket, reflecting the current match situation — a batting collapse, a bowling spell, or a powerplay score can dramatically shift the odds. It is fast-paced and the most exciting way to follow a T20 or PSL game. All live markets are found under the Bet section.

Pak Game covers a wide range of sports alongside Cricket — including Football, Tennis, Basketball and Esports. Popular Football leagues and international fixtures are available with competitive odds. If a match is abandoned before a result is possible under DLS or official rules, bets are generally voided and stakes returned to your account balance in PKR. For matches that produce a Duckworth-Lewis result, bets are typically settled on the official match result. Live Casino & Slots

Live Casino streams real dealers from a studio in real time — you join a table, see the dealer on screen, and place bets through your browser or app. Games include Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and game shows. All Slot spins are completed server-side — even if your connection dropped or the screen froze, the result was already determined and recorded. Log back in to your account and navigate back to the same Slot — it should show the completed spin result and any winnings credited. If the balance does not reflect correctly, contact support with the game name, approximate time and the PKR amount of the spin in question.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit. After registering and making your first PKR deposit, the bonus is either credited automatically or requires you to opt in on the deposit screen — the current offer will specify which. Minimum deposit amounts and wagering requirements apply and are listed in the bonus terms. Check your account's Promotions section after registering for the active welcome offer.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in bets before that bonus money can be withdrawn. The progress tracker in your account shows how much wagering you have completed. Always read the specific bonus terms — not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements.

Yes — Pak Game runs seasonal promotions aligned with the PSL calendar, major T20 tournaments and international Cricket series. These typically include enhanced odds on selected matches, deposit reload bonuses, bet-and-get offers and prize draws. Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in to your account and go to Security Settings. From there you can enable 2FA — it will send an OTP to your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new device or browser. It takes about two minutes to set up and is strongly recommended, especially if you keep a meaningful PKR balance in your account. Once enabled, even if someone gets hold of your password, they cannot log in without also having your phone.

In your account settings under Responsible Gaming you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR, configure session time reminders, and apply a self-exclusion if you want to take a full break from the platform. Deposit limits take effect immediately. Self-exclusion periods are enforced strictly — during an active exclusion you cannot log in or make deposits. Change your password immediately from the Login page using "Forgot password" if you cannot get in, or from Security Settings if you are still logged in. Then contact support at [email protected] straight away — include your registered mobile number and describe what you noticed (unexpected bets, changed details, etc.). The team can freeze the account, review recent activity and reverse any unauthorised transactions where possible.
