01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pak Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pak Game website, mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Pak Game, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults.
• You must be accessing the Platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Pak Game employee where that relationship could create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Pak Game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided promptly, your account may be suspended and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on the Pak Game Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device or the same payment method — is considered a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• Notify Pak Game immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share, sell or transfer your account to any other person.

Pak Game is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may request identity verification documents at any point — including on registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of our ongoing compliance checks. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits

All deposits on Pak Game are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet
• Raast — instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer to designated account
• Debit and credit cards where supported

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may occasionally be longer during peak periods or due to delays from the payment provider's side — this is outside of Pak Game's control.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit. Pak Game does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified — CNIC and payment method confirmation.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active security review.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Pak Game aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, but reserves the right to apply additional processing time where account verification or security checks are required.

Pak Game reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal of any amount. This is standard practice and is not an indication of any issue with your account.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Pak Game Platform, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other available markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned and not completed within a reasonable period, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market. These are displayed at the time of placing your bet.
• Pak Game reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings per bet or per event at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute about a result, the decision of Pak Game's trading team is final.

For Cricket and PSL betting specifically, the result is determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body — PCB for domestic matches and the ICC for international fixtures. In the case of a Super Over or other tie-breaking procedure, the final official result stands.

Esports markets follow the official result as declared by the relevant tournament organiser. Disconnections, technical issues or server outages on the player's side do not void a bet once it has been confirmed.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Pak Game offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players with accounts in good standing.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household or payment method is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Pak Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If we reasonably believe that a player is abusing a bonus offer — including through multi-accounting, collusion or exploitation of offer mechanics — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

08 Fair Play

Pak Game is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, play casino games or interact with the Platform in any automated way.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — if you discover a technical error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes or payment amounts, you are required to report it immediately. Any winnings derived from a known error may be voided.
• Arbitrage betting at a scale or in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform.
• Match fixing or use of insider information in any sports betting market.

Pak Game uses automated monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be restricted during the investigation. We cooperate with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected.

09 Responsible Gaming

Gaming on Pak Game is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. We take our responsibility to player wellbeing seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification when you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem — whether financially, personally or emotionally — we encourage you to use these tools and to speak to someone you trust. 11 Limitation of Liability

Pak Game provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Game shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or winnings arising from Platform downtime or technical errors not caused by wilful misconduct on our part.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores or event results, where that information contains an error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

Pak Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, through a notice on the Platform or via the contact details associated with your account.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
